Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for choosing Oxbow. All of Oxbow's jewelry is crafted in small batches, or is made to order in my Denver Studio. Please read the guidelines below on policies for returns and exchanges, as policies differ for one-of-a kind and made-to-order fine pieces.

1. Made-to-Order Gold Jewelry & One-of-a-Kind Pieces

The following items are final sale and not eligible for refunds but may be eligible for size exchanges:

14k or 18k gold pieces
One-of-a-kind designs, (gold or silver) this will be denoted in the product description
custom pieces or any piece made specifically in your size, with your stone preference, or engraved or modified designs

Exchanges for Gold / One-of-a-Kind Jewelry

A size exchange may be available if:

A piece is unworn and in original condition, and it has not been altered in anyway.
Most Rings are sizable. I can offer a complimentary sizing for my fine pieces, and customer will cover the cost of shipments and applicable insurance for items over $350.

2. Core Collection Pieces (Silver & Vermeil)

Core collection designs including sterling silver and vermeil pieces may be returned or exchanged. This includes the kissing rings in silver and/or vermeil without stones.

Returns:

Return Window

You may return eligible core-collection pieces within 20 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn and returned in original packaging
Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return label for domestic orders. Oxbow can not issue international return labels, therefore customer will be responsible for sending the piece back to our Denver studio.
Returns must be dropped off within 7 days of label issuance. Late returns may be denied.

Refunds

Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receiving your returned item. You will be issued a refund less the cost of shipping, applicable insurance and a 2% restocking fee.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different size or design:

You may return eligible core-collection pieces within 20 days of receiving your order.
A flat $19 exchange fee covers shipping & handling
Exchanges may take up to 3 weeks depending on available inventory
