A one of a kind blueberry charm featuring a bezel set Sapphire cabochon. The charm is hand fabricated entirely from 14k gold. This vintage sapphire has a surface-reaching abrasion at the top of the stone. Abrasion can be seen in 2nd photo. Sapphire is priced accordingly
